Another "Diva-Off" for Season 2?

Looks like another "diva-off" is in store for GLEE's second season! Amazon.com has listed two upcoming singles for a future episode of GLEE that look very similar to those of season one's "Defying Gravity" from the Broadway musical, WICKED. Only this time, the musical is different.

Rachel Berry and Kurt Hummel are each singing a solo version of "Don't Cry For Me Argentina." They may both have the opportunity to audition for a solo from the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical, EVITA. Check out Rachel and Kurt's solo version.

EVITA is a musical based on the life of Argentine political leader, Eva Perón. With music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, the original Broadway production won 7 Tony Awards including Best Musical and Best Actress for Patti LuPone. The musical was later turned into a movie starring Madonna, who was the subject of a season one tribute episode of GLEE.

What do you think of the idea of another diva-off, or the song selection??

I love it.
Hopefully Kurt wins this one.
Funny, because when Rachel was searching about her mother she though Patti LuPone was her mom.
Though, I'm glad they're doing some Andrew Lloyd Webber.
I wonder if they'll ever do The Phantom of the Opera?

rachel is gona win i hope

Kurt should win D: He "let" Rachel win the first diva-off :))

they both sound very good singing "don't cry for me Argentina"... but sometimes i think, Kurt sounded better... :))
